As a responsible producer of industrial batteries under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, PBP UK produces and supplies industrial lithium-ion batteries to the UK market (specifically e-bike batteries).
We are obliged to take back waste industrial batteries supplied by us from end-users free of charge, for correct treatment and recycling. We are required to do this in any calendar year we place new industrial batteries on the market.

How to return your waste e-bike battery:
If any of your e-bike batteries supplied by us have reached the end of their life and you require us to take them back, please follow these steps:

1st: Contact us: Please email our team to notify us of the return and receive further information.

2nd: Return to our UK Warehouse: Drop off the waste battery at our official UK collection point (await more info after you contacted us)

Upon receipt, we will ensure that your waste battery is safely stored and transferred to an Approved Battery Treatment Operator (ABTO) for environmentally sound recycling.

(Please note: E-bike batteries are classified as hazardous industrial waste. They must never be disposed of in standard household waste or general battery recycling bins.)
