As you know, customer service and technical support are among our highest priorities as we continue to improve our services. Following the recent operational changes for Cannondale in the UK, we are excited to share an important update.
We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with the team at Plush Suspension, who are now our official HeadShok Service Centre in the UK for all Lefty products, including Lefty Ocho and HeadShok D50 products.
Plush Suspension will provide support for Cannondale retailers and consumers with servicing, maintenance and technical support for these products.
